Generic Camera Gimbals

Generic 2 and 3 axis camera gimbals for use on various platforms like Robots, Blimps, RC Helicopters, RC Airplanes, Cable Cams, etc.

These gimbals are Pan/Tilt or Pan/Tilt/ Roll only and do not include any method of attachment to your platform. Typically a .250" bolt is used for attachment.

They are modular in design to allow you to easily convert a 2X to a 3X gimbal or for instance to convert a 2X to a Mast 3X with a 3rd Axis and Mast Adapter option.

Here is a sample clip that we shot for ABC's "Wipeout" TV Game Show using a custom front mount and 2 axis gimbal mounted to a Mikado Logo RC helicopter. The footage was shot in 1080i HD, stabilized with SmoothCam and output to 720p.
